When we want to be successful in the long-term, we need to focus on the short-term habits that will help us to show up as the person we need to be. And once we’ve decided to adopt positive new habits, it’s useful to have a way of tracking them. This shows us that we’re sticking to our new commitments, and this tool will help us do exactly that.
What’s In Our Habit Tracker
There are 6 different sheets, 5 of which you’ll only need to print once. (NB you can also use this as a digital file in apps such as Notability etc.) The other page – for daily and weekly recording – needs to be printed for each week that you’re going to use it. Rather than print 52 pages at once, we feel it’s better to just print as you go, then you’re saving ink and paper. (There may be some weeks you aren’t able to use it.)
Each weekly/monthly sheet that you complete provides you with the motivation and encouragement to stick with your new habits for the following period. And once completed, the visual design of the final full-year sheet will show you how far you’ve come in achieving what you set out to do at the beginning of the year.
We’ve included a notes page with instructions on how to use the record sheets, although it’s pretty self-explanatory. However, if you do encounter any problems or there’s something you’re not sure about, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
